Campaign owner can edit donation status from frontend

The campaign owner can now edit the donation status from frontend for his/her campaign donations from the all donations view. Campaign owners can easily edit the order status for the created campaigns from frontend. For the transactions related to refunds, the campaign owner will have to refund the money manually via payment gateway.

Campaign creation without uploading campaign header image

Campaign owners can now easily launch their campaigns without uploading the campaign header image. It is not mandatory to upload the campaign header image in order to publish the campaign in case of campaign owners.
