Features

Historical data import (Update course tracking and lesson tracking)

Over the years, we’ve had several customers move over to Shika from a variety of different LMS platforms. One of the most requested features has been the ability to bring in course completion data from other LMS’s. We already have import tools for various aspects like question banks, User enrollments etc. In this release, we bring the ability to import historical course completion data down to lesson level completions. Site administrators will simply have to create the respective courses & users and update the historical data of the user’s course completion status and lesson progress using CSV import.

Extend Enrolment data to get a richer context on enrolments

One of the key aspects in learning is being able to derive rich reports, measure impact, ROI & more. This feature allows you to add additional data to a user’s course enrollment to track this additional data. Custom enrollment fields can be used for a variety of use cases. We’ve mentioned just a few here. Add this data using a form or use the CSV import tool to import in bulk.

Access levels for course subscription plans for user groups

We have introduced access levels for course subscription plans. Site administrators now have the flexibility to offer subscription plans with different pricing for different user levels.
