You all have been asking for PHP 8 support for a while. We have been working to update our products to be fully compatible with PHP 8. And we would like to announce our PHP 8 support status for our products. When new products are updated for PHP 8, we will keep you posted in this blog post.
PHP 8.0 is the latest major update of the PHP language. It comes with so many new features and optimizations including named arguments, union types, attributes, constructor property promotion, match expression, null safe operator, JIT, and improvements in the type system, error handling, and consistency.

3. JA Joomla templates – Work in progress
Our team is working hard to update templates for PHP8 compatibility. Since PHP8 has lots of updates and we will need to test every template. Our templates support popular 3rd party extensions with coding override, so the testing process will take more time than extension.
We will update the first batch next week.
