[Update] 46 templates updated for Joomla 3.9.26, 3rd party extensions and bug fixes

The 2nd batch of Joomla 3.9.26 update and 3rd party extensions upgrade is here with 46 templates. This update, we focus on:

• Fix the upgrade issue via JA Extension manager and Joomla update notification
• Joomla 3.9.26 compatibility update

1. Upgrade issue fixed

There are 2 major issues relate to the template and extension upgrade:

• JA Extension manager upgrade: it does not show the new version or when upgrading to new version, getting error
• Joomla update notification: new version of template and extension are not detected by Joomla update system.

We updated both products and our update system to fix the issue.
